Coronado's beloved Ron's Garage brings together the exceptional musical talents of Ron Wheeler, Claudio Martin, Gary Taylor, and Phil Lean, a versatile quartet equally at home performing for thousands at Spreckels Park or energizing Orange Avenue from McP's patio with their expansive repertoire of classic and folk rock standards. This homegrown band, which began as a three-piece ensemble in local Coronado establishments in 1994, has evolved into a dynamic four-piece group that transports audiences through the greatest musical moments from the 1960s and 70s to today's contemporary hits across diverse venues throughout the community.
