Brigantine Restaurant located at the El Cordova Hotel The Brigantine is located in the heart of Coronado, onsite of the El Cordova Hotel. The restaurant has three unique dining rooms and a popular lounge with an outdoor cocktail deck. The Brigantine displays authentic photographs from Coronado's past in a warm, inviting atmosphere.
